Baking time !


I love cooking. I love baking. I love my kitchen.

It's baking time again! My urge came again for baking & so i did it early morning with my most regular pastry among all, Cookie! :D the most well know pastry among all my bakings. Scroll down for ingredients and recipe, you can do it too, some easy & simple steps to follow, which can be made as some birthday gift or a token given!


Baking Flour
Chocolate Chips Bits
Egg [one]
Margarine [salted]
Aluminium Foil
Adding on my own secret recipe, still improving on that so shall not share it out first hehe.

Very simple steps, pour everything together and mix it til it becomes dough.
Best if it's mix by own hands than machines as it will soften much of the dough and your cookie will be really flat in the outcome.
Pick small bits and place on the oven tray with a aluminium foil above which avoid the dough sticking onto the tray while baking & it's easier for washing too!
Make sure it's small pieces & put it standing higher as the dough will expand & flow down while in the oven so the outcome won't look like the non cookie shape :D
Place the rest of the dough in the fridge while waiting for those to be baked, so the heat of environment and oxygen etc won't go into the dough to soften it.
Roughly 7mins for me in 200degree celsius, depends on your oven itself for the temperature and a tray of 12 cookie could save up alot of time baking.
Use a fork to slide in the bottom of the cookie & not using your fingers, the cookie will break into pieces as it's not harden yet.
Prepare something to fan it a few seconds to get cool down when it's done to place it onto a plate as needed to harden the cookie, of course not fanning it til it became soft & not crunchy anymore so called "Lou Feng".
Lastly, be caution of the heatness from the oven, always prepare a glove or two cloth to bring the tray in & out of the oven.


My homemade cookies are my girls favourite, especially Jovin.Y & Pamela.L and i don't know why haha.
For outlooks like shitty & ugly i know /: i'm not professional so i couldn't really manage well with the oven as it's not my place, i dont've those good & big professional kind of oven for baking while just those normal small ones that every household carries. Sorry for that & that's the only place many commented 'bt which is the losing point on displaying. I love baking and cooking but the weirdest part is i don't eat things i cook or bake, idk why but i just dont've the feel to eat it like normal food, i only love and enjoy the process while it's cook and bake hehe!
