Domani Ristorante's menu combines the best of cutting-edge and the traditional in the world of Italian cuisine. With their regular guest chefs and winemakers from overseas, and their highly trained team of Italian chefs there at home, they cater to guests who believes the geography and culture behind each dish play an essential in the fine dining experience. Executive chef Andrea Spagoni, formerly executive chef at the Michelin-starred Ristorante Pier Bussetti al Castello di Govone,  specializes in the styles of his home region of Piemonte.
